Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped via Paxi (pep ) from one store to another. You go collect at your nearest pep store. We charge an edition fee for courier.
our products are also shipped through Pudu once you have ordered our products you will receive an SMS/ emails/ WhatsApp with details of your collection address and information.
Refund Policy
Our products are returnable within 30days after purchase. However you will be required to Paxi it back or WhatsApp us on 0789889973 to arrange the collection of the product.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You can cancel your orders within3 days of the placement of the order. And you will be refunded, however, the refund may take3 to 7 days to reflect on your account.
