Shipping Policy
We charge a flat rate Shipping fee of R100 for all orders and ship with the Courier Guy.
We will process all orders within 1-3 working days. Where there is a delay in the supply of goods, we will advise you as soon as possible.
From date of dispatch delivery will take between 3-7 days depending on the area for delivery.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted on your order form. We can’t be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Please note that we can only deliver to physical addresses within South Africa.
We will deliver the goods via standard delivery services. Whilst we use only reputable delivery companies we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
Successive orders may be joined and delivered in one parcel.
Refund Policy
Full refund if the product was returned within 5 days after delivery, the consumer pay the cost to return the goods and the product is in good/new condition.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
For a period of 5days after delivery, for any reasonable reason, without penalty but, the consumer must pay the cost to return the goods. The consumer can return the product and receive a full refund.
But the consumer can’t return products due to change of heart or regret.
