Shipping Policy
When you place an order you agree to our very reasonable terms and conditions. We will endeavour to deliver all products within the period specified by the delivery company. All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment, provided that we have it in stock and we don’t think that the payment fraudulent. Should your products not arrive within the time specified, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Refund Policy
Returns policy – We do not accept returns due to the hygienic nature of our products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, it may be returned within 14 days provided that it is unopened, unused and in the original packaging. No returns can be accepted if the product has been damaged or altered in any way or if the 14-day return period has been exceeded. All returned products will be subject to inspection by us before a refund or exchange can be made. The return of the product will be at your own expense and you will be refunded what you paid for the product, excluding delivery fees.
